Nova Scotia is reporting seven new cases of COVID-19 today, including one new case in the Cape Breton Regional Municipality.
The new case is travel related, and is self-isolating as required.
Three of the other six cases are in the Central Zone, and three are in the Western.
Five more people have recovered, bringing the number of known, active cases in Nova Scotia to 34.
One person is in hospital with the infection.
Since the pandemic began, 1,739 Nova Scotians have tested positive for the novel coronavirus, 58 in the regional municipality.
One thousand six hundred and thirty-nine people in the province have recovered from COVID-19.
