Sentencing Today For Man Who Pleaded Guilty To Manslaughter In Robert Bradley Death

A North Sydney man who pleaded guilty to manslaughter in the death of 60-year-old Robert Bradley from Sydney Mines is scheduled to be sentenced, today.

42-year-old Stephen Michael Bishop was scheduled to stand trial starting at the end of last month on a charge of second degree murder.

But he entered a guilty plea to the lesser charge on October 5th.

Regional Police say Bradley was found dead after they got called to an assault at a home on in North Sydney on September 3, 2020.

John Patrick White from Florence is charged with second degree murder in the case, and his trial is scheduled to start on January 4th.
