A Ben Eoin man who pleaded guilty to second degree murder in the death of 25 year-old Brandon Kelly in Reserve Mines is due back in court today for a sentencing hearing.
26 year-old Brandon James Berthiaume was originally charged with first degree murder in connection to the June 2015 shooting.
He was scheduled to go to trial in October.
