Seal Island Bridge Closed To All Traffic Overnight, Next Week

The contractor doing maintenance work on the Seal Island Bridge says the bridge will be closed to all traffic overnight, next week.

The closures are scheduled to take place from 10:00 at night to 6:00 in the morning from Monday night through Friday morning.

Meanwhile, the bridge is down to one lane again today for maintenance work.

The Department of Public Works says the work is taking place until 6:30 this evening and traffic control is on-site.

The bridge is also scheduled to be down to one lane for maintenance between 7:30 tomorrow morning and 6:30 in the evening.
