The Cape Breton Victoria Regional School Board has cancelled all schools North of Smokey only, today. The board blames bad weather in that part of the Island for the cancellation. Meanwhile, drivers should give themselves extra time this morning. Roads are snow-covered and slippery. There have already been reports of a couple of minor accidents.
