The company’s Splish Splash Gentle Baby Wash is affected.
The company says it’s had16 reports of incidents with the contaminated baby wash in Canada.
The baby wash is sold in a 250ml size as well as a 50ml size as part of the Wee and Well Gentle Baby Care Kit.
The affected products were on shelves between May and this month.
People should stop using the baby wash and return it to Saje stores for a full refund.
People can return the products by mail by contacting the company for a prepaid shipping label.
