by The Regional Municipality’s Department of Public Works is warning drivers to expect delays on the Sydney-Glace Bay Highway in Reserve Mines today.
The Department says its crews are installing municipal services until 9:00 tonight.
It says that section of road is reduced to one lane and one way traffic.
And, Welton Street in Sydney is down to one lane in each direction, in the area of Forrest Street this morning.
