by The Regional Municipality says drivers can expect more disruptions as water main upgrades continue on George Street in Sydney, today.
Starting at 7:00 this morning, inbound traffic will be reduced to one lane between Townsend Street and Carquest Auto Parts.
This afternoon, inbound traffic will be reduced to one a lane from Glenwood Street to Townsend Street with traffic detoured through Glenwood Street.
The work will continue until 5:30, this evening.
And, the provincial Department of Transportation says Kenwood Drive in Sydney will be closed to all but local traffic at the intersection of Conn Street, today.
It adds the closure is needed to allow for culvert repairs.
The work will start at 7:00 this morning and continue until 7:00 tonight.
