Riverview High students, staff asked to get COVID tests immediately

Nova Scotia Health is asking all students and staff at Riverview High School to get tested for COVID-19 as soon as possible.

They say anyone who has not been directly contacted by public health as a close contact should go to the pop-up rapid testing site at Centre 200 immediately.

Public health is asking Riverview students and staff not to go to the Membertou Entertainment Centre for testing.

Anyone who has been identified as a close contact is asked to book a testing appointment at the primary assessment centre on Grand Lake Road.

Students and staff at Riverview were notified yesterday about an exposure at the school on Wednesday, April 21.
