by One of four people charged in the disappearance of a 43-year-old Richmond County man is due back in Port Hawkesbury court, today.
66-year-old Joseph James Landry faces a count of second-degree murder in the case.
Landry, who remains in custody, is expected to have dates set for his judge and jury trial.
Landry’s daughter, 38-year-old Carla Ann Samson faces a count of being an accessory after the fact in the case.
Her husband 43-year-old Dwayne Matthew Samson has also been charged with second-degree murder.
They’re both free on bail, and are expected to return to court to have trial dates set on Valentine’s Day.
40-year-old Craig Claude Landry faces a charge of second-degree murder as well.
He’s expected to have a preliminary inquiry date set on March 26.
All four were charged after Phillip Boudreau’s overturned boat was found on Petit de Grat harbour on June 1st of last year.
Boudreau hasn’t been seen since.
Police say he was involved in an altercation with three men on fishing boat, earlier that morning.
