Regional Council Meets This Afternoon

Regional Councillors are meeting by video teleconference again this afternoon because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

On the agenda are a number of emergency matters in response to the crisis.

Among them is 134-thousand dollars for homeless and vulnerable citizen support measures.

Council will also deal with a number of budget items, including the 2020-21 capital budget.

The meeting is due to get underway at 1:30.
