Regional Council is meeting at City Hall this afternoon.
The agenda includes a presentation by the municipality’s Regional Enterprise Network, an update on summer events from the Recreation Department and a proposed change of licensing rules for vendors who want to set up in rural areas.
Also up for discussion is the subject of government funding for a proposed airport in Inverness.
It’s a proposal that’s divided some politicians and business people on the island.
This afternoon’s council meeting gets underway at 1:30.
