Recalls Issued For Two Products Sold In The Province

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency has issued recalls affecting two products sold in the province.

Sobey’s Compliments brand Sweet Kale Blend is being recalled because of possible Listeria contamination.

255 gram packages with best before dates of October 28, 31 and November 1-3 are affected.

And Wal-mart is recalling Parent’s Choice brand Infant Formula for Babies Sensitive to Lactose because of possible Cronobacter contamination.

The infant formula comes in 638 gram containers and has an expiry date of November 5, 2020.

People who have either product should throw them out or bring them back to the store.
