RCMP are investigating after they say a 58 year-old Port Hawkesbury man died in Lake Ainslie, Inverness County yesterday.

Police were called to the area shortly after 9:00 yesterday morning, when they were told about an overturned jet ski on the lake.

They say a man wearing a life jacket was found unconscious in the water about a hundred metres from shore, and was pronounced dead soon after being taken out of the water.

Police say foul play is not suspected.
