Rankin To Be Sworn In On Tuesday

Premier Designate Iain Rankin and his cabinet are being sworn in next week.

Cabinet announced this afternoon the ceremony will take place at the Halifax Convention Centre at 10:00 Tuesday morning.

Rankin is being sworn in after winning the race to lead the governing Liberals, beating former Cabinet Ministers Labi Kousoulis and Randy Delorey.

Rankin has said he expects to have Kousoulis and Delorey back in cabinet.

Next week’s swearing-in ceremony will be streamed live on the province’s website.
