The province is sending a fire crew to help with out-of-control wildfires in Saskatchewan.
Twenty firefighters and a representative from the Department of Natural Resources will leave from Halifax Stanfield Airport at 4:30 this afternoon.
The provincial government says current fire conditions in Nova Scotia allow the Province’s wildfire resources to be shared.
It says the Department will continue to monitor conditions and make sure sufficient resources are maintained in the province.
It says crew members could return early if they’re needed at home.
