Province Reports Two New COVID Cases

The province is reporting two more cases of COVID-19 today.

It says both cases are in the Central Zone.

One of those people is a close contact of the case reported yesterday and both cases remain under investigation.

Today’s other new case is also under investigation.

There are now 16 confirmed active cases of COVID-19 in Nova Scotia and the province has now reported new cases for eight days in a row.

No one in the province is currently in hospital with the virus.

To date, Nova Scotia has had 1,121 positive COVID-19 cases.

65 people have died.
