Province Reports One New COVID Case

The province is reporting one new case of COVID-19 today.

The new case is in the Western Zone and is a close contact of a previously reported case.

There’s now a total of 10 confirmed active cases of COVID-19 in Nova Scotia.

Two people in the province are in hospital with the virus, including one in intensive care.

The province says it’s given a total of 14,906 doses of COVID-19 vaccine as of yesterday.

Of those, 2,729 were second doses.
