Province Launches Phase 1 Of Buy Local Program

The Nova Scotia government has launched the first phase of a provincial buy local program.

The province says the program called Nova Scotia Loyal is now in the prototyping phase.

It says this phase will see a team visiting stores and markets across the province to research consumer behaviour and hear directly from Nova Scotians.

The government says it will also be working with retailers of all sizes and has also launched an engagement campaign to hear from people about Nova Scotia Loyal branding.

People can give feedback on the Nova Scotia Loyal website and on social media.
