Province Introduces Workplace Testing Program

The province has announced a new COVID-19 Rapid Screening Program for Workplaces.

It says the program helps employers across the province put regular screening in place for their staff.

So far, 275 businesses and organizations have signed up to take part.

Participating businesses need to have a testing plan approved by the provincial Health Department and test kits will be provided for free through the federal government.

Interested employers can learn more about the program on the province’s COVID-19 website.
