Province Further Expands Vaccine Program

The province is once again expanding eligibility for the Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 vaccines.

People aged 30 and over can now book an appointment to get one of the two shots.

Until today, the Pfizer and Moderna shots were only open to those 35 and over, or those who work in jobs like health care or long-term care.

Dr. Robert Strang says health officials are hoping to have the vaccines opened up to all adults by next week.
