Province Announces Two More COVID-19 Deaths, 35 New Cases

Health officials say two more people in the province have died from COVID-19-related complications.

The deaths occurred at the Northwood long-term care home in Halifax.

12 people have now died in the province because of the virus so far.

The province is also reporting 35 new cases, bringing the total to 772.

There’s one new case in the Eastern Zone that includes Cape Breton.

There’s now a total of 47 cases in the zone.

There are ten people in hospital in the province with the virus, including three in ICU.

330 people have recovered.
