Proof Of Vaccination Now Being Accepted From Outside Province

Some people who got a COVID-19 vaccine in another province can now use that as proof of vaccination in this province.

The change applies to permanent residents, including military members and others who got vaccinated through a workplace program.

Eligible people can give their information online at novascotia.ca/vaccineentry.

The province says it will take up to three weeks for eligible people to get their updated proof of vaccination because the information has to be verified.

It says it could take longer if more information is required.
