Privacy Commissioner Due To Comment on McVicar Leak

The Office of the province’s privacy commissioner is due to comment today on the leak of confidential health information by Premier Stephen McNeil’s former Chief of Staff and Glace Bay native Kirby McVicar.

The office was called in to investigate after McVicar made the remarks about former Liberal cabinet minister Andrew Younger in November.

Its report on the matter will be released at 10:00, this morning.
