Price Of Gas Takes A Big Jump

The price of gas took a big jump, overnight.

Gas went up by 4.2 cents a litre and now goes for a minimum of 73 cents in Cape Breton.

Diesel remains unchanged after the Utility and Review Board used the interrupter clause to drop the price by 5.6 cents a litre, earlier this week.

The minimum price for a litre of diesel on the Island is still 68 cents.
