Price of Gas Hits A Record High

The price of gas went up to a record high level, overnight.

Gas increased by 3.1 cents a litre and now goes for a minimum of $1.49 in Cape Breton.

The past record high price for regular unleaded on the Island was $1.47.5 set on April 25th of 2014.

Meanwhile, the price of diesel went up by 1.9 cents a litre and diesel now costs a minimum of $1.46.4 in Cape Breton.
