The price of gas went down by more than predicted, overnight.
Gas dropped by 3.2 cents a litre and now goes for a minimum of $1.06.3 in Cape Breton.
Diesel went down slightly by nine-tenths of a cent and now costs a minimum of $1.07.9 on the Island.
