One of the Richmond County men charged in the death of Phillip Boudreau is due back in court today for a preliminary hearing.
41-year-old Craig Claude Landry is charged with second degree murder in the case.
43-year-old Boudreau is missing and presumed dead after his overturned boat was found on Petit de Grat harbour on June 1st.
It’s believed he was shot after police say he was involved in an altercation with men on a fishing boat that morning
Landry continues his release on conditions.
His two co-accused have already been given trial dates.
44-year-old Dwayne Matthew Samson is scheduled to stand trial on Oct. 20 while the trial for 66-year-old James Joseph Landry is set to start on November 10th.
Dwayne Samson’s wife, Carla Ann Samson, who’s charged with being an accessory after the fact in the case, is due to stand trial on April 27, next year.
