by People living near Reserve Street in Glace Bay can expect power outages today as Nova Scotia Power crews replace a broken pole.
The pole was snapped in half when it was struck by a car last night.
A section of Reserve Street between Gannon and King Edward is closed as the work is carried out.
A detour is in place and traffic is being re-routed.
Nova Scotia Power estimates the work will take about 6 to 8 hours to finish.
