Potential Exposure To COVID-19 On Two More Flights To Halifax

Public Health is warning about potential exposure to COVID-19 on two more flights to Halifax.

The first is a WestJet flight that left Calgary at 9:30 in the morning on May 10th.

Passengers in rows 1 to 5 and seats A, B, C and D are asked to immediately book a COVID-19 test, even if they don’t have symptoms.

Similar instructions are being given to some passengers on an Air Canada flight that left Toronto for Halifax at 8:15 in the morning on May 8th.

Passengers in rows 14 to 20 and seats A, C and D are also being asked to book a COVID test.

Meanwhile, Premier Iain Rankin and chief medical officer of health Dr. Robert Strang are scheduled to give a COVID-19 update at 1:00, this afternoon.
