Potential COVID-19 Exposure On Air Canada Flight From Toronto To Halifax

Public Health is warning about potential exposure to COVID-19 on a flight from Toronto to Halifax.

The Air Canada flight left Toronto for Halifax at 9:15 on Tuesday night and arrived early Wednesday morning.

Passengers in rows 21 to 27 and seats C, D, E and F are asked to immediately book a COVID-19 test, even if they don’t have symptoms.

 All other passengers on this flight are asked to continue to quarantine as required and monitor for signs and symptoms of COVID-19.

Meanwhile, Premier Iain Rankin and chief medical officer of health Dr. Robert Strang are scheduled to give a COVID-19 update at 1:00, this afternoon.
