Potential COVID-19 Exposure At Glace Bay Dollarama And Two Transit CB Routes

Public Health says there’s potential exposure to COVID-19 at a Glace Bay business and two Transit Cape Breton routes from Glace Bay to Sydney.

It says anyone who worked at or visited the Dollarama at the Sterling Mall on Sunday from 10:30 in the morning until 5:30 in the evening should get a COVID-19 test even if they don’t have symptoms.

The same advice applies to anyone who was on the bus from Sydney to Glace Bay for at least 15 minutes on Tuesday morning from 11:15 to 11:45 and on the bus from Glace Bay to Sydney Tuesday afternoon from 12:15 to 1:00.

Meanwhile, Premier Iain Rankin and chief medical officer of health Dr. Robert Strang are scheduled to give a COVID-19 update at 3:00 this afternoon.
