by Membertou chief Terry Paul says he’s been advised by Nova Scotia Public Health of a potential COVID-19 exposure at the Sports and Wellness Centre last weekend.
He’s asking anyone who was at the centre between 6:15 and 10 the night of Saturday, April 17, and between 12:45 and 5 the afternoon of Sunday, April 18, to isolate and book a test as soon as possible.
Paul says anyone who was at the centre during these times should continue to self-isolate until they receive a negative test result.
The Membertou Sports and Wellness Centre and YMCA have been closed for deep-cleaning; Paul says more information on reopening will be released in the coming days.
