Possible COVID exposure aboard two flights into Halifax

Provincial health authorities say anyone who was aboard two flights into Halifax last weekend may have been exposed to COVID-19.

They say passengers aboard Air Canada Flight 604, departing Toronto the morning of April 4, should continue to self-isolate and monitor themselves for COVID symptoms.

Passengers in rows 19 through 25, seats A, B, C, and D, are asked to book a test immediately.

Public health says anyone exposed on this flight could develop symptoms up to, and including, April 18.

They’re also asking anyone aboard West Jet flight 232, departing Calgary the morning of April 5, to watch for COVID symptoms; passengers in rows 17 through 23 seats C, D, E and F should book a test immediately.

They say that anyone exposed to the virus on this flight may develop symptoms up to, and including, April 19.
