Nova Scotia Health says anyone who was at the McKeen Street Tim Horton’s in Glace Bay earlier this week may have been exposed to COVID-19.
They say anyone at the Tim’s on Wednesday, June 30, between 3:15 and 5 PM, should book a COVID test as soon as possible.
Anyone exposed here may develop symptoms up to and including July 14.
Those who’ve been fully vaccinated are not required to self-isolate if it has been more than 14 days since your second dose of vaccine and you are not experiencing any symptoms.
Partially vaccinated people who may have been exposed are asked to self-isolate for seven days, get tested as soon as possible, then get tested again on day five or six of isolation.
Those who are unvaccinated are asked to self-isolate for 14 days, regardless if they’re showing symptoms or not, and regardless of their test results.
