Port of Sydney Announcement, Today

Federal Transport Minister Lisa Raitt will make an announcement concerning the Port of Sydney and Canada’s Atlantic Gateway, later this morning.
Raitt will be joined by Regional Mayor Cecil Clarke for the news conference that gets underway at 10:00 at the Joan Harriss Cruise pavilion in Sydney.

Today’s announcement comes just days before Prime Minister Stephen Harper is expected to call a federal election.
