by Cape Breton Regional Police say they’ll be meeting with Crown Prosecutors today to decide if there’s enough evidence to press any charges after a Glace Bay man died in Halifax hospital over the weekend.
The 26-year-old, whose name has not been released, was allegedly hit by the vehicle his girlfriend was driving following a domestic dispute on March 30th.
Police say they responded to Leslie Lane in Glace Bay shortly after 9:00 in the morning.
They say the 26-year-old woman who was driving the vehicle fled the scene.
The vehicle was later located and the woman was arrested and subsequently released from custody without being charged.
