Police Still Looking For New Waterford Bank Robber

Regional Police are still looking for the man who robbed the New Waterford Scotiabank on Friday.

Police say a man walked into the Plummer Avenue branch at around 3:00 in the afternoon and went up to a teller saying he had a weapon and demanded money.

They add no weapon was visible during the incident but the man did get away with a small amount of cash.

Police have not released a description of the man but are looking for tips from the public.

They’re asking anyone with information on the crime to call the police non-emergency number or Crime Stoppers.
