Police Say No Evidence Of Foul Play In Sydney Fatal Fire

Regional Police say there’s no evidence to suggest any suspicion or foul play in a fatal house fire in Sydney on the weekend.

Fire crews got called to 222 Park Street shortly after 3:00 on Saturday afternoon.

The Regional Fire Service says one person was found dead after a search of the building.

Police say the body has been sent to the Medical Examiner’s office for an autopsy to confirm identity and cause of death.

No more information about the person has been released.
