by Regional Police say a British Columbia man has been charged with sexual assault after a break-in in Glace Bay earlier this week.
They say officers responded to a report of a break-in early Tuesday morning.
37-year-old Baljinder Singh is facing charges of sexual assault, assault, uttering threats to cause bodily harm, and break and enter.
Singh has been released on conditions, including no contact with the victim.
He’s due in court on November 12th.
