Regional Police say alcohol may have been a factor in Monday night’s single motor-vehicle accident on Lingan Road. The crash that happened at around 11:30 left a 48-year old Sydney man with life-threatening injuries. Police say he’s since been transferred to hospital in Halifax and add their investigation is continuing. They say the injured man appears to have been the only one in the late-model Dodge Caravan that suffered heavy damage. The vehicle was heading westward into Sydney at the time of the crash.
