Police Looking For Tips From Public After Glace Bay Robbery

Regional Police are asking for the public’s help in finding two men who robbed the Caledonia Club on Pitt Street in Glace Bay at around 5:45, yesterday evening.

Police say the only staff member in the club at the time says two men, armed with a weapon, came in, demanded money, grabbed the cash box and ran away.

They add she was not injured.

Police go on to say both men were wearing masks covering the bottom halves of their faces.

One man is described as 5’ 8” tall, weighing 150 pounds with wavy brown hair.

Police also say the K9 unit was brought in to try and track the pair but add they could not be found.

They’re asking anyone who saw or heard anything in the area at the time or has information about the incident to call their general number or CrimeStoppers.
