Police Looking For Man Who Robbed Whitney Pier Store At Knife-Point

Regional Police are looking for a man they say robbed a store at knife-point in Whitney Pier yesterday.

Officers were called to the Discount Dollar Store shortly after noontime.

Police say the robber left the store with cash and a carton of cigarettes.

They no one was injured.

The man is described as 5’ 7” tall and thin.

He was wearing a black hooded shirt and ball cap, and carrying a backpack with a camouflage pattern.

Anyone with information on the robbery is asked to call the police general number or Crime Stoppers.
