by Regional Police say they’re investigating a suspicious death in Sydney.
They say they got a call at about 4:30 yesterday afternoon to a home on MacAulay’s Lane, where they found a person dead and arrested another person.
They say the person who died is believed to have been assaulted and charges are pending.
Police go on to say the two people knew each other and the death is being treated as an isolated incident with no greater risk to public safety.
They say the name of the person who died will not be released until an autopsy is done and next of kin are notified.
