Police Investigating Shots Fired In Sydney Mines

Regional Police are looking for the public’s help in an ongoing investigation of shots being fired from a vehicle on Amber Drive in Sydney Mines last month.

They say they got a call on the night of January 13th reporting shots were fired at a house from inside a vehicle driving on the road.

No one was hurt and police say they’re treating the case as an isolated incident.

They say officers were able to track down a 2008 grey Mazda 5 that was seized and processed for evidence.

Police are asking to speak with anyone who has video – in addition to what’s already been seen – from the Amber Drive area between the hours of 11:00 PM and 1:00 AM on January 13th.

Anyone with any information on the case is asked to call police or Crime Stoppers.
