by Regional Police say they have a 40-year-old man in custody after a stabbing during a fight between two men on Commercial Street in Glace Bay yesterday evening.
Police say they got called about a person injured on the sidewalk in the area of Bay Health Foods at around 6:00.
They say officers found a 45-year-old man bleeding from a stab wound in his back.
He was taken to the Regional Hospital in Sydney and has since been released.
Police say witness information led them to arrest a man at a home on York Street at around 8:00 last night.
They say charges are pending.
