Police say 49 year-old Christopher Anderson Neville was arrested in Halifax yesterday and is due in Halifax Provincial Court today on a charge of first degree murder.

They say an ongoing investigation by the Major Crime Unit led them to identify Neville as another person responsible for the murder.

44-year-old Pearson died in a shooting at a home on Shore Road early on the morning of February 22nd.

27-year-old Mal Chol, 19-year-old Letjor Geng and 20-year-old Goaner Mark Tut all from Alberta have also each been charged with first degree murder in Pearson’s death.
