by People in the Regional Municipality are being reminded about the winter parking ban with heavy snowfall predicted tomorrow.
Under the ban, parking is not allowed on any street or highway between 1:00 and 6:00 in the morning.
Parking is also banned during a snow storm and for 2 hours after the snow stops falling.
Vehicles that break the ban could be towed at the owner’s expense.
One snow plow operator says he’s seen more vehicles violating the ban this year than ever before.
