Part Of Esplanade Closed Today

The Regional Municipality says there’s a temporary closure of the Esplanade in Sydney today from Prince to Pitt Street.

The closure is needed to allow for a sewer service connection.

Detours are in place for northbound traffic on Wentworth, Bentinck and Pitt streets.

Southbound traffic is being detoured on Pitt, Charlotte, and Prince streets.

The closure is expected to last until 3:00 this afternoon.
