Online Fundraiser For Ingonish Family Who Lost Barn And Animals In Fire

An online fundraiser for an Ingonish family who lost most of their animals in a barn fire has raised more than double it’s goal in less than 24 hours.

The Go Fund Me campaign for the Costelo family had a target of 20-thousand dollars, but donations have reached more than 42-thousand.

The blaze at The Groovy Goat farm was spotted just after 8:00, yesterday morning.

More than 20 goats and two horses died in the fire.

The Costelos say they’re hoping to rebuild but they don’t have enough insurance to do that.
